Tahir Saleem is a person with multiple talents who work professionally, knows how to managed and organize things, and a self-starter. I met Tahir for the first time back in 2009 as a colleague in a role of ‘Monitoring Evaluation and Research (MER)’ expert and later own known him as a good friend. There is no doubt that he proved himself as a good MER expert with the detective, translator, and diplomatic skills. He demonstrated himself as an influential trainer who has always good data bank in his mind of icebreakers and energizers to use them on right time and link them with the ultimate goal of the training.

He is one of those persons who have successfully transformed his hobby and passion for ‘photography’ and ‘event management’ as a career path, which makes him unique from others in the field. He worked for a number of social development organizations, where reporting and monitoring is one of the important aspects, in which his photography not only simplified the work but also conveyed the message in the most professional way across donor community and beneficiaries.

His knowledge of photography and his equipment enabled him to quickly adjust to whatever scenery, lighting, weather, movements or angle he needed to produce ‘picture perfect’ shots. He is so full of positive energy and did not just stand on the side taking pictures; he becomes part of the scenario, which allowed him to capture moments that tell the exciting story of the whole event. I wish his new venture in the shape of INSEARCH will be a great success.
